I first hired Steve to remodel a dilapidated 1905 Victorian home. It required updating from the foundation to electrical to sewer and beyond. He transformed my home from an unlivable 3-bedroom 1-bath to a stunning 5-bedroom, 3-bath home, with all the modern conveniences while preserving its old-Portland style and grace.

Steve stayed within my strict budget and timetable. He used terrific subcontractors, all of whom he’s worked with for years.

Three years later I hired Steve to build an ADU from the ground up. He worked with my architect Asmund Tweto and created a stunning small home that is beautifully built. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough. He’s a pleasure to work with and his work is spectacular.
